Early Bird Welcoming Party
Tuesday evening, 8th June
This evening will take the senators to a place in the midst of beautiful plants and lovely smelling flowers.
We will make sure that you get a good taste of the good Danish cuisine, meet new friends and share Jaycees memories with old friends.

The senator hotel

City Bikes
If you don’t want to walk back to the hotel after a night in the Senator Lounge, you can borrow a free city bike.
Free city bikes in Aarhus
From May until November you can use any of the 450 city bikes in Aarhus free of charge 24 hours a day.
How to borrow a bike?
Each bicycle has a coin slot (just like shopping trolleys in Danish supermarkets). Insert a 20-kroner coin in the slot and press the “key” into the other slot to unlock and release the bike from the bicycle stand. You get your 20-kroner piece back again when you press the “key” back into the slot at any bicycle stand.
Senator Lounge
Is located at: Vester Allè 8, 8000 Aarhus
No conference without a Senator Lounge, and we have the perfect place only max. 10 minutes walk from the Senator Hotel. It is a large, bright room with room for everyone. Norway, Belgium, and Germany have all shown great interest in hosting an evening.
Please “Let’s not dry out”! Please bring a bottle to the Lounge in case you have this opportunity.

Bumblebee Club - invitation only
Saturday June 12: hour 16.30-18.00
By special invitation only: The Bumble Bee Club Meeting.
On the banks of the Bay of Aarhus. Plunge or swimming for exterior refreshment of the members' bodily parts, as well as traditional refreshment of their interior!
Admission: Club members and partners, ONLY !
Registration: Senators' desk, no later than Thursday the 10th at 18:00 hours. ( 6 PM ), to ensure that sufficient refreshments will be available.

Farewell Brunch
Sunday, June 13, at 10.00 hrs.
A very active new Senator, Charlotte Velling, #68.920, is responsible for the Senator Farewell brunch. The venue will take place close to the Congress (and to trains /busses to airports etc.) We will provide a cozy atmosphere with the traditional Senators Brunch incl. champagne - and of course also each other’s nice company. Something to look forward to!
